BALANCE

Balance is about positioning your body with an equal distribution of weight. With proper balance, a player can become more consistent and open themselves to additional in-game opportunities. Proper distribution of weight and an athletic stance around the ball allow the player to be more explosive, use more surfaces of the foot, defend without lunging, have a softer first touch, and move effortlessly without the ball.
